Parlay calculator — payout and the odds of collecting

Add legs, type a price into each. The payout and what it has to beat are both below — a parlay page that prints only the first is the misleading half of a true sentence.

Profit if every leg wins
$264.46
Total returned
$364.46
Implied chance of collecting
27.4%
Combined American odds
+264
Combined decimal odds
3.645

2 legs at these prices turns $100.00 into $364.46 if every one of them wins, which the combined price puts at 27.4%.

Each leg carries the book's margin, and a parlay multiplies them together — so the edge the book holds grows with every leg you add, at the same time as the payout does. How much cannot be read off one side of a market, so this page does not put a number on it.

Standard −110 parlays, on $100

Legs Returns on $100.00 Implied chance of collecting
2$364.4627.4%
3$695.7914.4%
4$1,328.337.5%
5$2,535.913.9%
6$4,841.272.1%
7$9,242.431.1%
8$17,644.640.6%
10$64,308.160.2%

The usual price on both sides of a spread or a total. Every added leg multiplies the payout and divides the chance.

How the maths works

Each leg is converted to decimal odds and the decimals are multiplied. Two legs at −110 are 1.909 × 1.909 = 3.645, so $100 returns $364.50 — not 1.909 + 1.909.

Every leg carries the book's margin, and multiplying the legs multiplies the margin with them. That is why a parlay's edge for the book grows with each leg while the payout grows too.

A pushed leg — a spread landing exactly on the number — usually drops out and the parlay pays as if it had one leg fewer. A lost leg ends the whole thing; there is no partial payout.
