How a winning day is counted
These are the rules as drafted. In every ambiguous case the buyer wins — it costs us days, and that is why it works.
The rule
One main pick a day decides whether that day counts. Nothing else decides it.
Who decides
We are not the ones who decide the result.
- Source
- The competition's official result
- Settled
- When the result is officially confirmed — not at the final whistle. A VAR review or a post-match ruling counts.
- Tie-break
- The league, over any bookmaker.
If the competition's official result and a bookmaker's disagree, the official one wins — including when that goes against us.
What voids a day
All of these void themselves. You do not have to ask, and you do not have to write.
- No pick inside the windowIf nothing is delivered within the window, that day is voided. It costs you nothing and it is not consumed.
- The price was already below our published minimumWe publish a minimum acceptable price with every pick. If the market was already below it when we released, that is our mistake, not yours.
- The result source voids the marketIf the official result makes the market void, the day is void.
- The match is postponedVoided at once. We do not make you wait for a rescheduled date.
- The match is abandonedAny abandonment, at any minute. Bookmakers often pay out after a threshold; we do not use one, because a threshold is one more thing to argue about.
- The result lands exactly on the lineYour stake comes back from the bookmaker, so no day happened.
- No result ever arrivedThe pick went out, the match was played, and no result reached us — a source that has gone quiet, not a game that did not happen. We do not leave the day open waiting: after 12 hours it voids itself, costs you nothing, and the counter does not move. The failure is ours to chase.
Delivery
A fixed daily deadline, and an hour inside it that moves.
One main pick per 24 hours. If a window passes with nothing delivered, that day is voided automatically — you keep it and pay nothing.
Two different things, and this page used to deny the first in order to describe the second. The deadline is 14:00 Pacific, every day — the same instant for everybody, and the one we are held to. When inside that window a pick actually lands moves with the card: some days the edge is on an early kick-off, some days a late one, and we publish when it justifies it rather than filling a slot. The board and the bot always show the real hour for today; the deadline is what you can hold us to.
If you disagree
Write with the date. We send you that day's receipt.
We answer in writing within 3 business days. If it is still unresolved after that, the day is voided in your favour and we carry the cost.
What it does not cover
This is the part almost nobody writes down. It is here because a guarantee without its limits is not a guarantee.
- Your own stakeWe sell information. The bet is yours, at your bookmaker, and so is the loss.
- What your bookmaker does to your accountLimits, closures and verification are between you and them. We are not in that contract.
- A price below the published minimumIf your book prices below the minimum we published, skip the pick. The day still counts the same for your package.
We sell information. You place the bet, at a bookmaker you chose, with your money. A package with three losses along the way still costs you three losing stakes at your bookmaker — we cannot refund that and will not pretend otherwise. What we do is not charge you for those three days.
Refunds
The guarantee is paid in days. In one case the rules pay it in money.
- Before the first pickAsk before the first pick of your package is released and the full amount goes back — to the card that paid, or, on the crypto rail, to an address we ask you for. No questions, and no part of it comes back as days.
- If we stop publishingAfter 7 days in a row with no pick, the days we never delivered are refundable in money on request — not in more days.
- Closing your accountWinning days you paid for and never received come back as money, never as more days — to the card that paid, or, on the crypto rail, to an address we ask you for. Bonus days were never charged for, so no money comes back for those.
Version
These rules render straight from the object the product itself uses, so this page and the code cannot drift apart. If they change, the version number and date change with them, and the previous rules keep applying to packages already bought.
