Refunds

When money comes back, and when days come back instead

The short version: a losing day is not refunded, it is replaced — and that is better for you than a refund, because it costs you nothing and you still get the day. Money comes back for days you paid for and never received.

In force since September 1, 2026

1 Read this first: a losing day is not a refund case

This is the one thing people write to us about, so it goes at the top.

If the main pick loses, you are not charged for that day at all. The day is recorded as voided, your counter does not move, and the package simply runs a day longer. You do not need to ask for anything, there is nothing to claim, and no money changes hands — because none was taken.

A refund would actually leave you worse off: you would get money back and lose the day. The replacement gives you the day.

What we do not refund is the stake you placed at your bookmaker. We never held that money, we never touched it, and no policy we could write would let us return something we do not have. Every bet you place is your own money at your own risk — that risk is yours whether the pick wins or loses.

2 What is refundable

Winning days you paid for and never received. They come back as money, at the price you paid per day — to the card that paid, or, where you paid in crypto, to an address we ask you for.

Bonus days do not come back as money, because no money was taken for them. The extra days the crypto rail adds, and days added as goodwill or earned through a referral, were never charged for: they are undelivered days worth nothing in cash, which is why a refund can cover fewer days than the balance you were holding.

That covers the cases that matter: you close your account with days still in the balance; you decide the service is not for you; we close your account for a reason that is not fraud on your part; or we stop operating.

Days already delivered are not refundable. You received what you bought — a pick, before kick-off, with a hash published in advance — and that cannot be returned.

3 How to ask

Write to [email protected] or [email protected] or use the support chat on any page. Say what you want refunded. That is the whole process — there is no form, no retention call, and nobody will try to talk you out of it.

We answer within 3 business days. If your case is ambiguous, it is decided in your favour; that is the same rule the guarantee policy runs on, and it is deliberate.

Closing your account from settings does the same thing without writing to anybody: undelivered days are refunded as money and your data is deleted.

4 How long the money takes

We start the refund the same day we agree it. What happens after that depends on the rail you paid on, and the two are not alike.

Card: sent back to the card that paid, through Stripe, without you having to do anything. Typically 5–10 business days to appear on your statement. Some banks are slower; the money has left us long before you see it.

Crypto: not automatic and not instant. A crypto payment cannot be returned the way it came — the address it arrived from is not necessarily one you control, and paying to it is how money ends up in a wallet that is not yours. So a person here sends it by hand, to an address you give us. We write to you to ask for one within thirty days of agreeing the refund, and it goes out once we have it. A crypto refund is worth what the coin is worth on the day it is sent, which may be more or less than on the day you paid — that movement is not something anybody can refund.

5 What happens to your package

When a payment is refunded or reversed, the package it bought stops. No further day is delivered against it.

Days already delivered stay delivered. There is no un-sending a pick that was sent, and the archive keeps the honest record of what you actually received before the reversal — the ledger and the results page must not disagree with each other.

6 Chargebacks

Please write to us before starting one. Not because a chargeback is forbidden — it is your right and your bank's process — but because it is the slowest possible route to the outcome you want.

A chargeback takes weeks, freezes the account while it runs, and ends with the account closed regardless of who wins. An email is usually answered the same day, and in a doubtful case the answer goes your way. There is no version of this where the chargeback gets you more.

If a chargeback is filed, the package stops immediately and the days it bought stop being available.

7 Duplicate and mistaken payments

Charged twice, charged after a failed attempt that seemed to go through, or charged an amount that does not match what the checkout showed? Tell us and we return it in full, without argument and without asking you to prove anything. These are our errors to fix.

A payment that arrived short of the order total does not buy a partial package: the order stays open and can still be completed with a top-up, or refunded if you would rather.

8 If we close your account

If we suspend or close an account for breaking the terms — republishing picks, sharing an account, fraud — undelivered days are forfeited where the cause is fraud.

In every other case, including a closure that is simply our decision, the undelivered days you paid for are refunded as money.

9 Your statutory rights

Nothing here reduces the consumer rights the law of your country gives you. Where a mandatory right of withdrawal or cancellation applies to you, it applies on top of this policy and this policy does not override it.

Where the law would give you less than the rules above, the rules above still stand — they are a promise we make, not the minimum we are obliged to make.
