What do you need
a hand with?
Two things: how the days you paid for are counted, and how your account works. If what you are after is what a spread or a run line actually is, that is a different section — the betting guides.

How your winning
days are counted
01How a winning day is countedYour package is priced in winning days, not calendar days. Each day has exactly one pick, and that pick decides whether the day counts.→02What "voided and replaced" meansA losing day never uses up one of your days. Your counter does not move: a losing day costs you nothing and does not use one up.→03When your winning days run outYour counter reaches zero on the day your last winning day is delivered. Nothing is charged on its own: if you want to carry on, you ask for it.→04How automatic refill worksAutomatic refill is not a subscription. There is no month and no renewal date: there is one trigger, your counter reaching zero.→05Why paying in crypto adds winning daysPay by crypto transfer and the same package carries more winning days. The price does not change; the number of days does.→06What a pick isA pick is one bet, written out in full and published before the match starts. It is a piece of information — not a bet we place, and not a claim to know the result.→07The main pick, and why exactly one decides the dayOne pick a day carries the day. It is labelled Decides the day, it is chosen before publication, and it is the only pick that can move your counter.→08Extra picks, and why they never touch the counterAlongside the main pick we publish up to ten more on the same day. They are included in what you already paid, they settle on their own, and none of them can move your counter in either direction.→09What happens when the main pick losesNothing comes off your package. The counter does not move, the day costs you nothing, and another main pick follows the next day.→10When a pick is voided, and whyA voided pick is one that, for settlement purposes, never happened. There is a closed list of reasons, every one of them ours or nobody's, and none of them costs you a day.→11What a push is, and how it settles hereA push is a bet that lands exactly on its line. The bookmaker returns your stake, and for your package the day behaves like any other void.→12Why the release time moves every dayThe pick is released when the fixture it sits on requires, so the hour changes from day to day. What does not change is the deadline it is published by.→13What "committed before kick-off" meansBefore a match starts we publish a fingerprint of the pick. After the day settles we publish the key to it, so anyone can check the pick was not edited once the result was known.→14What the counter is, and how it movesThe counter is the number of winning days you are still owed. It goes down by one, on one event only: the day's main pick wins.→15What happens if we publish nothing on a given daySome days nothing clears our own bar. Then we say so, send nothing, and your counter stays exactly where it was.→16How a day is settled, and by whomThe competition's official result decides the day — not our reading of it and not your bookmaker's feed. Then the counter moves, once, and only if the main pick won.→17What the delivery window isEach day opens a 24-hour window in which we owe you one main pick. If the window closes empty, the day voids itself and costs you nothing.→18Why you place the bet yourselfWe publish picks. You place bets — at your own bookmaker, with your own money, at your own risk. We never hold, move or see a single stake.→19If the price has moved before you get therePrices move, sometimes within minutes of a release. The published price is what we saw; the minimum price is the number that decides whether the bet is still worth taking.→20What minimum odds mean, and why they are publishedThe minimum price is the floor under a pick: below it, we no longer think the bet is worth taking. It is published with the pick and hashed into the commitment.→21Buying a second package while one is runningYou do not need to. Days do not expire and there is no renewal date, so there is nothing to renew early — and a second package never means two picks a day.→22What happens to unused daysThey stay. Days have no expiry date, no renewal date and no way of running out of time — and if you want to stop, what is undelivered comes back as money.→
02 · Your account
Your account,
step by step
01How to create an accountYou do not need an account to buy. You can pay and receive the pick with nothing but a Telegram handle or an email address. An account exists so you can see your counter, your history and your settings from any device.→02How to sign inThere are four ways in, and all of them land in the same account.→03How to reset your passwordIf you have forgotten your password and cannot get in, you change it from the sign-in page itself, in four steps.→04How to change your passwordIf you can already get in and simply want a new password, you change it from inside your account, in three steps.→05How to connect your Telegram accountThe dashboard always has the pick. Telegram exists so it reaches you without you having to remember to look.→06How to buy without creating an account firstYou can buy with nothing but an email address. There is no password to invent, no profile to fill in, and the account is made for you while the payment goes through.→07What happens after you payBetween pressing pay and reading the pick there are three steps. Two of them are ours and one belongs to your bank or to a blockchain.→08How your password arrivesIf the checkout made your account, you never chose a password. One is generated for you and emailed the moment the payment goes through — never before.→09Paying by cardThe card form belongs to our payment processor even when it is drawn inside our page. The number never reaches our servers, and there is nothing here to unsubscribe from later.→10Paying with Apple Pay or Google PayA wallet is the card rail wearing a faster coat. Same price, same days, same invoice — you simply do not type the number.→11Paying in crypto, step by stepWhy a crypto transfer carries extra winning days has its own article. This one is only about what happens on the screen.→12Why a Day Pass gets no crypto bonusThe crypto bonus is paid in whole winning days, and a Day Pass is one winning day. There is nothing to round up.→13How the pick reaches youThe dashboard is the original. Email, Telegram and browser notifications are copies of it, sent so that you do not have to remember to look.→14When Telegram will not connect, or goes quietConnecting takes four steps and has its own article. This is the list of reasons it does not work, in roughly the order they happen.→15Turning notifications on and offTwo separate questions: what do you want to be told about, and where do you want to read it. The settings keep them apart on purpose.→16What the free mailing list isThe list is free, it has nothing to do with a package, and it never carries the paid pick.→17How to unsubscribeOne click, from any email on the list. No sign-in, no reason, no "are you sure".→18Changing the email on your accountThere is no self-service email change in your account today. It is done by hand, by us, and the request has to come from somewhere we can trust.→19Invoices and receiptsEvery paid order can produce an invoice, and it is issued the first time you ask for one.→20If a payment fails or is delayedA payment that does not go through leaves your account exactly as it was: no days, no charge, and a row that says what happened.→21Refunds, and what the guarantee actually coversThe guarantee is about delivery. It says a day comes off your package only when that day's main pick wins — and it says nothing whatsoever about whether your bet made money.→

explained separately
This page is about your package and your account. What a moneyline, a spread, a total or a prop is — and what has to happen for it to settle — has its own section, so neither has to be read to find the other.
