The terms you agree to by using this site
Plain versions of every rule that binds either of us. Where these terms and the guarantee policy both speak, the guarantee policy wins — it is versioned, dated, and drafted so that an ambiguous case goes to the buyer.
In force since September 1, 2026
1 Who you are contracting with
This site is betsbeats.com, trading as BetsBeats (“we”, “us”). Reach a human at [email protected] or through the support chat on any page; we answer within 3 business days.
Using the site, creating an account or buying a package means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
2 What this service is, and what it is not
We publish sports information and predictions. That is the entire product.
We are not a bookmaker. We accept no bets, hold no stakes, never take custody of your money and have no financial interest in whether any bet you place wins or loses. We do not recommend a bookmaker and receive nothing from one.
Every pick is an opinion. It is not financial advice, investment advice or betting advice, and nothing here is a promise that you will make money. Any bet you place is your own decision, at a bookmaker of your choosing, with money that is yours to lose.
3 Who may use it
You must be 18 or older, and old enough to gamble legally where you are — in parts of the United States that is 21. You must not be excluded from gambling by a self-exclusion scheme, a court, or a bookmaker.
Sports betting is restricted or illegal in many places. Checking the law where you are is your responsibility, not ours, and we make no claim that this service is lawful in your jurisdiction.
If you should not be gambling, the responsible gambling page lists every way to stop, and none of them costs you a day.
4 Your account
One account per person. You may sign in with a password, a passkey, a Google or Apple account, or a single-use link sent to your email.
Keep your credentials to yourself: anything done through your account is treated as done by you. Tell us immediately at [email protected] if you think somebody else has access.
The email address on the account must be one you control and check, because it is where picks and receipts are sent.
5 What you are buying
You buy a package of winning days — not a subscription, and not a number of calendar days.
There is nothing recurring. One payment buys one package; nothing renews, nothing is charged on a date, and there is nothing to cancel. Automatic refill exists only if you switch it on yourself, and it triggers on your remaining balance, never on a date.
A package has no expiry. It runs until every winning day in it has been delivered, however long that takes. If the main pick loses five days running, the package runs five days longer and you pay nothing more.
6 How a day is counted
One main pick a day decides that day. Nothing else does.
If the main pick wins, the day is delivered and your counter drops by one. If it loses, the day is recorded as voided — your counter does not move and you are charged nothing further. If the game does not happen, or is postponed or abandoned so the bet is void, the day is re-run at no cost.
Any additional picks sent on the same day are extras. Extras never count towards your balance, whether they win or lose.
Your own stake is your own risk. A losing day costs you no day from your package; it does not refund the money you staked with your bookmaker, and it never could — we never held it.
The guarantee policy is the authoritative version of this rule, including who decides a result, what voids a day, and what happens if you disagree.
7 How picks reach you
The main pick for a day is announced by 14:00 Pacific time on that day. It is sent to your email, and to Telegram and web push if you have connected them.
Before it is published we post a SHA-256 hash of the pick. After the game settles we publish the pick and the salt, so anybody can recompute the hash and confirm nothing changed after kick-off. This is the whole basis on which the record can be checked, and it does not depend on trusting us.
You can pause delivery, take a break, or stop entirely at any time. Doing so never costs you a day — your balance does not expire and waits for you.
8 Prices and payment
Prices are shown on the pricing page in US dollars and are what you pay; the price shown at checkout is the price charged.
Card payments are handled by Stripe and crypto payments by Cryptomus. We never see or store your full card number. Your bank or the network may add its own conversion fee, which is between you and them.
If a payment is declined or reversed, the package it paid for stops. We may change prices at any time; a change never affects a package you have already bought.
9 Refunds
Winning days you paid for and never received come back as money if you close your account or ask us to — to the card that paid, or, on the crypto rail, to an address we ask you for, because a crypto payment cannot be sent back the way it came. Bonus days were never charged for, so no money comes back for those. Days already delivered are not refundable — you received what you bought.
We do not refund money you staked with a bookmaker. We never held it.
If a payment is refunded or reversed for any reason, the days it bought stop being available, and days already delivered stay delivered.
If something has gone wrong, write to [email protected] before starting a chargeback. A chargeback takes weeks and closes the account; an email is usually answered the same day, and in an ambiguous case the answer goes your way.
10 Telling a friend
You can share a personal link. When somebody who arrives on it buys a week or month pass, days are added to both accounts — one day to each of you for a week, five to you and one to them for a month. A day pass earns nothing.
Days are earned at the purchase, not at the signup, and they are added a week after it — once the payment can no longer be reversed as a matter of course. The rates that apply are the ones published when the purchase was made; changing them later does not alter what was already earned.
The first link a person arrives on is the one credited, for thirty days. It cannot be replaced by a later one.
Nothing is earned where the purchase is refunded or reversed, where your own account or a second account paying with your card is on both sides, where the referred account is closed, or where a link has been used more than twenty times in a month — beyond that, referrals wait for us to look at them rather than paying out unattended. We may withdraw a link that is being used to spam, and we will say so.
Days earned this way behave exactly like days you bought: a day only comes off your counter when the main pick wins. They are not money, they are not transferable, and they are not refundable in cash — but nor were they charged for.
If you post your link publicly, you must say that you receive days for it. That is a legal requirement in most places we operate and it is also the only version of this we want to run.
11 What you may not do
Do not republish or resell the picks. A pick is delivered to you for your own use. Forwarding it to a group, posting it publicly, or selling it on ends your access without a refund of undelivered days.
Do not share one account between people, scrape the site, hammer the API, attempt to reach data that is not yours, or interfere with how the site runs.
Do not use the service where gambling is unlawful for you, and do not use it if you have self-excluded.
12 Who owns what
The picks, the written analysis, the guides, the commitment hashes, the design and the code are ours. You get a personal, non-transferable right to read and use them for your own betting decisions, and nothing more.
Team names, league names and logos belong to their owners. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any league or team.
13 What we do not promise
We do not promise that any pick will win, that any period will be profitable, or that the service will make you money. Nobody can honestly promise that, and we do not publish a strike rate. The one page that prices the archive, /returns, reports in the past tense what the published picks did at a flat stake, losses included. It is a record, not a promise.
Past results do not predict future results.
The service is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that a feed will always be correct, or that a pick will reach you if your email provider, Telegram or your device refuses it.
14 Limitation of liability
We are responsible for delivering the package you paid for under the rule above. We are not responsible for money you lose betting, for a bookmaker's decision, for a line moving before you act, or for anything you do with the information.
Where the law allows a limit, our total liability to you is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing here removes rights you have that cannot be removed by agreement — including your statutory consumer rights, and our liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
15 Suspension and closing
You may close your account whenever you like, from settings. The undelivered days you paid for are refunded as money and your data is deleted.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms — in particular republishing picks, sharing an account, or fraud. Where the closure is our decision and you have not acted fraudulently, the undelivered days you paid for are refunded.
16 Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. The date at the top is when the current version came into force, and a material change is emailed to account holders before it takes effect.
A change never applies retroactively to a package you have already bought. The rules that count your days are the rules that were in force when you paid — the guarantee policy carries a version number for exactly this reason.
17 Disputes and governing law
Write to [email protected] first. Almost everything is settled there within a day, and the guarantee policy sets out how a disputed result is decided — including that an ambiguous case goes to the buyer.
If we cannot resolve it, you keep every mandatory consumer protection of the country you live in, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country. Nothing in these terms takes that away or requires you to travel.
