How a winning day is counted
Your package is priced in winning days, not calendar days. Each day has exactly one pick, and that pick decides whether the day counts.
One pick decides the day
That pick is labelled Decides the day on the dashboard and in Telegram. It is the only one that moves your counter: if it wins, one winning day is delivered and the counter drops by one.
The main pick is published by 2 PM Pacific, every day, and your dashboard counts down to that deadline on your own clock. Which fixture it lands on does float — some days the edge is on an early game, some days a late one — but the deadline does not float with it.
Extra picks never touch the counter
Alongside the main pick we release up to ten more on the same day. They are included, they settle on their own, and they do not touch what you bought:
- An extra pick that loses does not cost you a day.
- An extra pick that wins does not use up a day.
- If an extra pick is voided, nothing happens either: your counter never hears about it.
How a day is settled
- The main pick is released, with its price and its minimum price.
- The match starts. From that moment nothing is edited.
- When it ends, the result is the official league result, not our reading of it.
- The counter moves — or deliberately does not, if the day is voided.
- The row is locked and published in the results archive, whether it won or lost.
If you disagree with how a day closed
- Write to [email protected] with the date of the day. That is enough; nothing else is needed.
- We send you back that day's receipt: fixture, market, published price, minimum price, release time, and which source the result came from.
- If we got it wrong, we reverse it: the day goes back on your counter and the correction stays visible in the archive rather than being deleted.
We answer within 3 business days. Independent third-party timestamping is not wired up yet — until it is, the archive is our word for it, and we would rather say so than imply otherwise.
