The main pick, and why exactly one decides the day
One pick a day carries the day. It is labelled Decides the day on the dashboard and in Telegram, it is chosen before publication, and it is the only pick that can move your counter.
The rule, in one line
A day comes off your package only when that day's main pick wins. Not when the day was profitable, not when you came out ahead across several bets — those are different rules, and they are not this one. The main pick wins, one winning day is delivered, the counter drops by one. Anything else and the counter stays where it is.
Why exactly one
- Otherwise the unit is not countable. If two or three picks could each count, "a winning day" would depend on how many we published that day — a number we control after the fact. One pick a day makes the promise arithmetic instead of an opinion.
- It cannot be chosen with hindsight. The main pick is flagged as main when it is committed, before kick-off, and the flag is part of what the hash covers. Nobody can look at the results and decide afterwards which pick was the important one.
- It is a single bet. We never staple several selections together to inflate a price. What decides your day is one market on one fixture.
What the main pick is not
It is not our most confident pick in the sense of a sure thing — there is no such category here. It is the one selection we are prepared to have the whole day judged on, and it can lose. When it does, the day costs you nothing and another main pick follows the next day.
