How your password arrives

If the checkout made your account, you never chose a password. One is generated for you and emailed the moment the payment goes through — never before.

Why not before

An order that is abandoned halfway leaves no password anywhere: nothing was set, so there is nothing sitting in a queue waiting to leak. The password exists from the moment there is something behind it worth reaching.

What the email contains

  • The address the account is on, so a typo is obvious immediately.
  • A random password. It is yours to change, and the email says so.
  • A link straight to today's pick.
  • A link to confirm the address, when it has not been confirmed yet.

The first thing to do with it

Open Settings → Security and either set a password you chose yourself or create a passkey and stop using a password at all. Changing it signs out every other device, which is exactly what you want for a password that travelled through an inbox.

It is sent once, for one order Only the order that created the account sends it. Buying again never resets your password — an existing customer having their password changed by a purchase would be far worse than the inconvenience it saves. If the email never arrived, check spam, then use Forgot password, your access key, or Telegram, Google or Apple.
Confirming your address is about delivery, not access An unconfirmed address does not lock you out of anything you paid for: the picks still reach you through Telegram or browser notifications. What confirmation unlocks is email delivery — we will not send picks to an address nobody has proved can receive them.
