How to connect your Telegram account
The dashboard always has the pick. Telegram exists so it reaches you without you having to remember to look.
- Sign in and open Settings → Delivery.
- On the Telegram row, tap connect.
- @betsbeats_bot opens. Tap Start in the chat.
- Come back to the tab. The row now reads connected as @yourhandle and the toggle can be switched on.
The toggle is greyed out
That is deliberate: we will not let you switch on delivery to a channel we cannot yet reach. Connect first, then switch on.
To disconnect, switch the toggle off. To stop the bot writing to you entirely, block it inside Telegram — that works instantly and does not depend on us. What it sends and what it does not is decided in Settings → Alerts: two messages a day at most, and the main pick goes out by 2 PM Pacific, every day.
