How to reset your password
If you have forgotten your password and cannot get in, you change it from the sign-in page itself, in four steps.
- On the sign-in page, tap Forgot password?
- Enter the email on your account and submit.
- If that address has an account, the link goes out straight away. It works once and then expires.
- Open it and choose a new password. You are signed straight in.
Why the message never changes
We say "if it exists, the link is on its way" whether or not the address has an account. That is deliberate: if the answer differed, anyone could use the form to find out who our customers are.
No email arriving
Check spam, and check you used the address you bought with — plenty of people buy with one and later try another. If it still does not arrive, sign in with Telegram, Google, Apple or your access key: they are four doors into the same account.
