What a promotion is
A promotion — Free bets, odds boosts, insurance offers. The terms decide the value entirely; the headline decides nothing.
Every clause exists because somebody found a way around an earlier version. Minimum odds, excluded markets and rollover multiples are responses to previous extraction.
Some are genuinely good, particularly straightforward deposit matches with low rollover, and identifying them takes minutes of reading.
Which is where it goes wrong. The headline is designed to be read and the terms are designed to be skipped, and every promotional page is laid out accordingly.
What to do with it. Calculate the required turnover and its vig, and compare that to the headline before accepting.

286 games landed exactly on the number — the handicap or the total — so they are in the counts they are out of and in neither result.
The prices counted here are DraftKings', as they stood when we last wrote each game up — one snapshot per game, near kick-off for almost all of them, and never a closing line. So this says what the published line did, not how it moved on the way there.
