What happens after you pay
Between pressing pay and reading the pick there are three steps. Two of them are ours and one belongs to your bank or to a blockchain.
Card, Apple Pay or Google Pay
Usually seconds. If your bank wants to confirm the payment, that happens in the same page rather than sending you somewhere else. The days are granted by the confirmation your processor sends us, not by the screen you land on — so closing the tab, losing signal or reloading cannot cost you the purchase.
Crypto
Your order walks through three states, and the order page shows the one you are in:
- Pending — the invoice is open and nothing has arrived yet.
- Confirming — the transfer has been seen but is not confirmed to the depth we require.
- Paid — the package is opened and the days are yours.
How long that takes is up to the network, not up to us. The order page is never cached, so refreshing it always shows the real state.
What lands on your account
- A package with the days you bought, plus the crypto bonus days if you paid that way.
- An email with your password, if this order is what created the account.
- An invoice, issued the first time you ask for one.
- Today's pick at your dashboard, if it has already been published — and by the daily deadline if it has not.
One order, one package, once
Processors retry their notifications, including after a success. An order is marked paid exactly once and grants exactly one package, so a retried callback cannot hand you a second month or charge you for one.
If the money has left and the days have not arrived
Reload the order page first. If it still shows nothing after that, write to [email protected] with the order id — and the transaction hash as well if you paid in crypto. Do not open a second order: that is a second payment, not a retry.
