Your package · how the days are counted

Package

What happens to unused days

They stay where they are. A day you have not received is a day we still owe you, and there is no clock anywhere in the system that can take it away.

Why there is no expiry

A package is a balance of days, not a subscription to a calendar. There is no expiry date stored against it and no "expired" state it can fall into — those simply do not exist here. It follows that a quiet stretch on our side, a week where you did not open the app, or a run of voided days all cost you nothing. The package can only take longer, never less.

What can move your balance

  • Down — one winning main pick, one day. That is the only mechanism there is.
  • Up — buying more days, crypto bonus days at purchase, or a day granted by support.

Time is not on that list, and neither is inactivity.

If you want to stop rather than wait

  • Before the first pick of the package has been released to you, nothing has been delivered: the money comes back in full. The cut-off is that first release, not the date you paid — a package that sat unused for two weeks has had exactly as much from us as one bought an hour ago.
  • After that, whatever is still undelivered comes back as money, to the method you paid with. Not as more days.

That last point matters more than it looks. Settling a closing account in extra days is how a refund quietly becomes a retention device, and it is the reason people distrust prepaid balances. Write to [email protected] and it is handled as money.

There is no renewal date to find If you go looking for one in your account, there is nothing to find — not because it is hidden, but because the product has no use for it. What your account shows instead is days owed, days delivered and days voided, and those three numbers are the whole of it.
