Cancelling and refunds for BetsBeats on Whop

There are two separate questions here: how to stop a plan from renewing, and when money comes back. They are linked but they are not the same thing. The rules below mirror the site's refund terms, adapted to a Whop membership, and are as of 2026-10-29.

When money comes back

• Before the first pick. If you ask for a refund before the first pick of your membership has been released, you get a full refund. The cut-off is that first release, not a date on a calendar. A membership bought and left unused is treated the same as one bought a minute ago.
• When days are not delivered. If 7 days pass inside your membership with no pick released, the days that were not delivered are refunded. A single quiet day does not trigger it.

What the rules do not cover

• A losing pick. The refund terms are about delivery. A pick that loses was delivered. On Whop the membership is time-based, so the site's winning-days counter does not apply, and a losing day is not replaced by an extra day.
• Your own stake. You place any bet yourself, with your own money. BetsBeats neither sees nor touches it.
• Your bookmaker's limits or the price you got. The minimum price in each post exists so you can skip a bet that has moved.

Stopping a renewal

The Week plan renews every 7 days and the Month plan every 30 days. A Day plan is one time and does not renew. To stop a renewal, cancel the plan in your Whop account before the next renewal date. Whop manages billing, so the exact buttons are on its pages and can change. Cancelling stops the next charge. It is not the same as a refund of a period you already paid for and already received.
