Refunds, and what the guarantee actually covers
The guarantee is about delivery. It says a day comes off your package only when that day's main pick wins — and it says nothing whatsoever about whether your bet made money.
What the guarantee is
- Your counter moves only when the main pick wins. That is why the unit is called a winning day.
- A losing day does not move the counter at all. It is not voided and it is not replaced — it is published as a loss, and the day you paid for is still owed to you. Not a courtesy, not a one-off: it applies to every losing day.
- A voided day — a postponement, an abandoned match, a push, a day with nothing worth publishing — costs you nothing either.
All of that is a billing rule about what you are owed. It is not a claim about how often picks win, and it is not a promise of profit. You place your own bet, at your own bookmaker, with your own money, and that risk stays entirely yours.
When money comes back rather than days
- Nothing has been delivered yet. Cancel before the first pick is released and the money comes back in full. The cut-off is that first release, not a date on a calendar — a package that sat unused for two weeks is in exactly the same position as one bought an hour ago.
- You are closing the account with days left. Whatever is still owed comes back as money, to the method you paid with. Settling a closing account in more days is what turns a refund into a retention device.
- We stop publishing. Days that were never delivered are money, not more days. A run of seven days with nothing published is the point the rules name for that.
- You raise a dispute. If it is still unresolved after three days it is decided in your favour, and we carry the cost.
What the guarantee explicitly does not cover
- Your own stake. Your bet sits at your bookmaker with your money; we neither see it nor touch it.
- Your bookmaker's limits. Restrictions, closures and maximum stakes are between you and them.
- The price you actually got. You may beat the published price or miss it. The published minimum exists so you can walk away from a bet that has moved.
Ambiguity resolves in your favour
That is the governing principle behind settlement, and it is written into the rules the settlement job applies rather than into a page of marketing. It costs us days. It is affordable only because the picks are real.
Anything not listed above: ask, do not assume
These are the terms the rules actually state. If your situation is not one of them, write to [email protected] with your order id — we would far rather answer a question than have you act on something you inferred from a help article.
