How the pick reaches you

The dashboard is the original. Email, Telegram and browser notifications are copies of it, sent so that you do not have to remember to look.

The four places it exists

  • The web — your dashboard always has the day's card, whether or not any alert reached you. If a channel fails, nothing is lost.
  • Email — the one channel every account starts with.
  • Telegram — through @betsbeats_bot, once you have connected it.
  • Browser notifications — on the devices where you allowed them. The message is encrypted for your device, so the push service that relays it cannot read the selection.

What gets sent

  • Every published pick — the main pick that decides the day, and the extras that come with it.
  • The day summary when it settles, wins and losses alike.
  • Nothing else. There is no offer, no "we miss you", no advertisement on any of these channels.

Each channel receives the same message. Telegram is not a shorter version of the email, and the email is not a teaser for the dashboard — a reader who chose Telegram must not get a worse product for it.

When your balance is empty

You are told the balance is empty, and told nothing about that day's selections: no fixture, no league, no kick-off. A teaser assembled from "harmless" details is still the paid product leaking one field at a time.

One channel failing costs you the others nothing If Telegram is unreachable when a pick goes out, the email and the push still go. The failure is loud in our logs and invisible in your day.
An alert is not the deadline There is one daily deadline by which the main pick is published, and the site shows it converted into your own clock. What moves from day to day is which kick-off the card lands on — which is why no page here prints a fixed release time.
