Turning notifications on and off

Two separate questions: what do you want to be told about, and where do you want to read it. The settings keep them apart on purpose — switching Telegram off must not silence the email carrying the same pick.

The four things we send

  • Pick released — every published pick, main and extras.
  • Day settled — how the day ended, wins and losses alike.
  • Package running low — one winning day left.
  • Balance empty — nothing is coming until you top up.

That is the entire vocabulary. There is no toggle for offers or reminders because there are no offers or reminders: a channel that can carry marketing stops being opened, and being opened is the only thing that makes it useful.

The three places

Email, browser notifications and Telegram, in Settings → Alerts. Turn a kind off and nobody sends it anywhere. Turn a channel off and that channel goes quiet while the others carry on.

What you get if you never touch the page

Everything, on every channel you are actually reachable on. An account that has never opened the settings has the ones we chose, not none at all.

Going away for a while

Rather than switching things off one by one, you can pause delivery for up to 90 days. A pause stops the pick alerts and nothing else. It does not touch your balance — days are only spent when a winning day is delivered, so a paused week costs you nothing.

The running-low alert comes through a pause Deliberately. Somebody on holiday still needs to hear that their package is about to run out; that is the one message with a consequence attached, and suppressing it would turn a courtesy into a way to lose days.
Switching everything off does not switch the product off Your dashboard still has the card every day. Alerts are a convenience, not the delivery itself.
