Why we are not a bookmaker

BetsBeats sells information. We accept no bets, hold no stakes and never see or move your money. That sentence usually appears in small print at the bottom of a page; here it decides what we are able to do for you, so it belongs near the top.

What it means in practice

  • There is no balance here that is money. Your counter counts winning days, not funds. Nothing on this site can be withdrawn, because nothing on it is a stake.
  • Your bet is a contract between you and your bookmaker. Deposits, withdrawals, verification, limits and their own settlement rules are theirs, not ours.
  • We recommend no bookmaker and take commission from none — no affiliate links, no company paying to appear here. The reasons, in full.
  • We do not verify your age, because we accept no bets. Your bookmaker does, and must. Our own limit is still 18+.

What we therefore cannot do

We cannot get a bet voided or a settlement changed at your bookmaker. We cannot get a limit lifted, an account reopened or a withdrawal chased. We cannot see whether you placed the bet at all — and we do not want to be able to. If your bookmaker prices below the published minimum, skip the bet; the day still settles the same way for your package.

What we do instead

One main pick a day, plus up to ten extras that never touch your counter. Each one committed with a hash before kick-off, settled against the official result, and published afterwards whether it won or lost — including the salt that lets you check the commitment yourself.

Every pick is an opinion Not financial, investment or betting advice. Any bet you place is your own decision and your own responsibility, made at the bookmaker you chose, with money that is yours to lose. Sports betting carries financial risk and can be addictive — the controls and the help lines are here.

The archive

What the published price did in US sports

11,262 games in US sports that are over and carried a price when we wrote them up, between November 24, 2025 and November 6, 2026. Each count sits beside what it is out of, and the share is the one divided by the other.

WhatHow oftenOut ofShare
The shorter price won7,05810,93664.5%
The favourite covered the handicap3,3737,00348.2%

The home side won6,36111,26256.5%

How they ended

Over 16,021 finished games in US sports whose result line says how it ended — the feed's own one-line verdict, not a reading of the play.

WhatHow oftenOut ofShare
Went past regulation1,21216,0217.6%
Settled on a shootout16116,0211.0%
Called before the end916,0210.1%

286 games landed exactly on the number — the handicap or the total — so they are in the counts they are out of and in neither result.

The prices counted here are DraftKings', as they stood when we last wrote each game up — one snapshot per game, near kick-off for almost all of them, and never a closing line. So this says what the published line did, not how it moved on the way there.

A season that happened. Nothing here predicts the next game, and none of it is advice.

Counted November 6, 2026.
