Invoices and receipts

Every paid order can produce an invoice, and it is issued the first time you ask for one.

Where to find them

In your account, under Invoices: the list, and a PDF behind each number. Opening the list for the first time issues anything outstanding, so an account that bought before ever looking at this page still finds a complete set.

What is on the document

  • The number, in a per-year series like BB-2026-000123, with no gaps in it.
  • The date the money actually landed, which is what a tax point is.
  • The package, the rail you paid on, and the amount exactly as it was charged — never recalculated from today's price list.
  • The winning days you paid for and the bonus days, listed separately.
  • Our legal details, and yours as they stood when the document was issued.

Invoices and orders are different lists

Your order history shows every attempt, including the ones that failed or expired. The invoice list shows only orders where money changed hands: an invoice states that a payment happened, and issuing one for a failed order would be a claim about money that never moved.

An issued invoice is never rewritten Correcting a detail next year does not edit the document filed last year — that is the whole point of a numbered series. If something on one is wrong, write to [email protected] and the correction is issued as its own document.
It covers the picks, not your betting The invoice is for the package you bought from us. Your stake, your bookmaker and whatever happened there are yours alone and appear nowhere on it.
