Changing the email on your account
There is no self-service email change in your account today. It is done by hand, by us, and the request has to come from somewhere we can trust.
What to do
- Write to [email protected] from the address currently on the account, saying which address you want instead.
- If you have lost access to the old address, write from the new one and include something only the buyer would have: an invoice number, an order id, or the transaction hash if you paid in crypto.
- We confirm the new address before delivery resumes to it.
It is slower than a form would be, and that is the trade we have chosen: the address is your sign-in, the inbox your picks and receipts go to, and the name on documents already issued. Moving it to the wrong inbox is not a mistake that can be undone quietly.
What changes with it, and what does not
- Unchanged — your winning days, your history, your Telegram link, your passkeys and your access keys.
- Unchanged — invoices already issued. A document filed last year is not rewritten because a detail changed this year; a correction is a new document.
- Needs confirming again — email delivery. A confirmation link minted for the old address stops working the moment the address changes, so the new one has to be confirmed before picks are emailed to it.
If your account has no real address at all
Accounts created from a Telegram or Apple sign-in carry a placeholder address that cannot receive mail, and your account page says so. Mail sent to it bounces, and bounces are treated as no address at all — so email delivery stays off until a real one is on the account. The route is the same: write to support.
The mailing list does not follow you
A free-list subscription is tied to the address that subscribed, not to your account. If you were subscribed, unsubscribe the old address and subscribe the new one.
